This year’s WOCCU conference in Belfast was great, I had a fantastic time throughout the week. What a great location to host us all.
There was excellent discussion on the future markets that Credit Unions will operate in. I really enjoyed the presentations made on membership engagement and the leveraging of technology to help improve member engagement and loyalty. Also a great presentation given on the sustainability of small Credit Unions.
On a personal note, I would like to thank all who came along to the ‘Friends of CUNA Mutual’ evening at Queens University, for many it was the highlight of the week. A truly spectacular evening enjoyed by the hundreds of attendees, CUNA mutual were only delighted to host and facilitate such a networking and relationship building event.
